World Carnival Screw-Up and Manga Reading!
8:16 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 16, 2005

So I'm still waiting...impatiently waiting for my letter from SFSU even though I'm pretty sure I already know what the answer is. I just want to know so I can move on and prepare to try again next year or something.

World Carnival didn't go as planned today because someone thought a broken light fixture was a bomb device because there was a hole and some wires poking up out of it. So stupid. The campus bands that are supposed to perform tonight are still doing that though and I think some of the vendors will be there, so around 9:30 Stephanie and I are going to get pizza and funnel cake.

Since World Carnival got messed up, I read manga all day instead. Gosh they're all so great and I think I'm going to love Doubt!! as one of my favorite new series, but I think Hana-Kimi will always be my favorite from Viz and Fruits Basket my favorite from Tokyopop. One day I'm going to make a top 10 list for anime and manga.
